Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, or stress? Do you need help with a past traumatic event, such as domestic abuse, sexual abuse, sexual assault or a car accident? Is your relationship or marriage in crises, are you suffering from a bad break-up? Do you have family conflict, dealing with elderly parents or are having parenting issues that have you overwhelmed? Are you struggling with the loss of a family member or a beloved pet? Do you have alcohol or substance abuse issues? Are you an empty-nester or simply feel stuck in your life? These are just some of the things that I can help you with.

Life happens! Sometimes we just need a helping hand! As a client-centred Therapist, my focus is to assist my clients to move through life’s many challenges and obstacles with more awareness, self-confidence and embracing their own personal power to live their life to the fullest.

As a spiritual psychotherapist, I not only work with traditional psychotherapeutic approaches, but with those rooted in transpersonal psychology. My style is open, inclusive and non-judgmental. I believe in self-compassion, self-care, self-actualization and self-empowerment. I offer a compassionate, safe space where you can share your story and be heard, you can cry, be angry, be numb, be sad, be your authentic self. You can feel how you feel without shame or fear of being judged.

In all avenues of my practice, I endeavour to help my clients discover emotional healing, positive coping strategies and making connections between current patterns of behaviour and past experiences.

I work with adults (18+) who are facing a variety of life’s challenges and just need that helping hand. I also work with couples who are trying to preserve their relationship/marriage.
